Inaccessible or restricted areas
Utilities not activated when required for inspection
Unsafe or hazardous conditions
Occupant, tenant, or site interference

The inspection may be limited, rescheduled, or terminated. Fees will be adjusted at the inspector’s discretion to reflect services performed and time incurred.

Commercial Inspection Considerations

Commercial inspections may involve limited scopes, phased services, or reliance on information provided by third parties. Fees associated with completed phases or partial services are earned upon performance and are non-refundable. Inspection reports are prepared for the exclusive use of the contracting client.

Discretionary Consideration

Any adjustment of fees or consideration of refunds outside this policy is solely at the discretion of [Your Business Name] and shall not be construed as a waiver of this policy for future inspections.
