Cancellations made without reasonable advance notice, or failure to provide access to the property, may result in a trip fee, cancellation fee, or partial inspection fee, based on time reserved and services performed.

Inability to Complete or Limited Inspections
If an inspection cannot be completed as agreed due to circumstances beyond the inspector’s control, including but not limited to:

Inaccessible or restricted areas

Occupant, tenant, or site interference
The inspection may be limited, rescheduled, or terminated. Fees will be adjusted at the inspector’s discretion to reflect services performed and time incurred.

Commercial Inspection Considerations
Commercial inspections may involve limited scopes, phased services, or reliance on information provided by third parties. Fees associated with completed phases or partial services are earned upon performance and are non-refundable. Inspection reports are prepared for the exclusive use of the contracting client.
